Praveen Kumar Saxena is the Chief Executive officer and Chief Technology Officer. Praveen holds a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from IIT, Banaras Hindu University, India. He has vast experience in the Modeling & Designs of different semiconductor technologies including material growth, characterization and device applications. Praveen has several years of experience in academia & industry. Praveen has collaborated with several leading companies that include Australia (ASMC), Malaysia (Silterra), Singapore (Numonyx, STMicro, TechSemi, IHPC,IMRE etc.), India (SCL Mohali, SAC Ahmedabad, DRDO, ISRO etc), Indonesia and China TCAD/EDA industry customers on process and device modeling. During his tenure in capacity South East Asia Head at leading TCAD/EDA company at Singapore several years (Headquarter located at USA). Praveen is recipient of several national & international awards. Praveen has successfully delivered several software & hardware projects to Indian Defense (DRDO) and Indian Space Agencies (ISRO). Recently, he delivered Radiation Monitoring System Hardware that will be used in the next Indian Lunar mission by Indian Space Agency (ISRO). Praveen also has several reputed publications and books.
Dr. Pankaj Srivastava

Pankaj Srivastava is Cheif Product Officer (CPO) and board member. Dr. Pankaj holds PhD in physics from Banaras Hindu University. He has work as post doctoral fellow at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. Prior to join Tech Next Lab, he was Assistant Professor at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow. He has several reputed publications under his belt. Basically he is a material scientist, having passion for real time semiconductor materials growth and understanding of atomistic physics to explain the issues associated with material growth through modeling & simulation.
Mrs. Anshu Saxena
Treasurer & Director
Anshu Saxena is Founding Director and Teasurer of the company. Anshu holds a Masters in Computer (MCA) from IGNO University, India. She also hold Post Graduate Diploma (PGDCA). Anshu was engaged in development of several project codes prior to join TNL. Anshu has clear vision for software integration and development. She is handling software integration and security. Anshu also having web maintenance experience and take care of Software IP protection, graphic and web designing etc. She has several reputed publications.
Ms. Anshika Srivastava
Engineering Manager
Anshika is Engineering Manager. Anshika holds a Bechelor in Information Technology and MTech from Modi University, India. Anshika has M.Sc degree in the field of 'Sustainable Nuclear Engineering' from Ecole Des Mines De Nantes university of France. Anshika completed her internship from Institut De Radioprotection et De Surete Nucleaire(IRSN)-Cadarache, France, where she was engaged in development of new prototype using CMOS sensors for detection of Neutron: Optimization of analysis process. Anshika has several years engineering and public relation experience. Prior to join TNL, Anshika was engaged in medical industry. Anshika has vast experience for software development. She was core member in the TNL team for successful development and delivery of the Radiation Dosimetry System which will be used in next Indian Lunar Mission by Indian Space Agency. She has several reputed publications.
